It’s Time to Make a Shift

For the last few months I’ve been anticipating a shift. I’ve been writing this blog for ~6 years and it’s time to level up!

Originally this blog was about celibacy and waiting and while I’m still on my (LONG) celibacy journey this blog has become much more. So much so that I’m changing the name of my blog.

While single-and-waiting.com will still point to this website, it will no longer be the name of this website. I’m transforming and my blog will too.

To be honest I thought this was something God wanted me to do for a short period of time but as you know, God’s plans are bigger than our own.

So on May 1st, my blog name will change. The content will remain the same for the most part but won’t center entirely or even mostly on celibacy.

If you began following my blog because I was on this journey, thank you. It’s been humbling to know people are reading about my very real walk.

At the same time, I’m more than this. And while I’m still on this journey (How long, Lord?) God’s doing more than that in me and it’s my job to share.

In my next post I’ll share how I decided what my new blog name would be and the journey God had me on to realize it. Thanks for reading my blog and for watching God transform me. He’s not done with me yet!
